Sharing limited links to public/free posts with proper credit is encouraged — but duplicating or publishing paid or subscriber-only material is strictly prohibited.

3. Subscription Terms

• Free Subscribers have access to general newsletter content and preview access to publicity leads.

• Paid Subscribers receive expert pitching advice, insider strategies, and bonus resources not available to free users.

• Subscription fees are billed through the platform (Substack or otherwise) and are subject to their respective billing policies.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

4. No Guarantees

While Media Circus Publicity™ offers tools and advice to help improve your chances of earning media coverage, we make no guarantees that you will receive publicity, interviews, features, or media placements as a result of using our services.

All outcomes depend on the quality of your pitches, relevance to the journalist's needs, and external editorial decisions.

5. Communication and Support

Paid subscribers may reply directly to newsletters to ask clarifying questions related to the specific publicity lead provided in that email.
General PR coaching, custom consulting, or ongoing strategy support is not included in newsletter subscriptions.

For broader publicity services, a separate agreement or service package would be required.

6. Intellectual Property

All content shared through Taiisha Bradley’s Media Circus Newsletter™ — including Publicity Leads, Pitching Tips, Tools, and Educational Content — is the intellectual property of Taiisha Bradley and Media Circus Publicity™.
You agree to respect and not infringe on these rights.
